We guarantee your satisfaction, if you are not satisfied for any reason simply return the merchandise to Love Gifts Internet within 60 days of ordering, tell us why you are not satisfied and receive a replacement tag or a full refund of the purchase price (customer's choice).

All submitted orders are final and must be reviewed by the customer prior to submission.  Changes after submission are not possible, because manufacturing starts immediately. 

Although very rare, manufacturing errors, goods damaged in shipment and other fulfillment errors can occur.  Tags affected by these problems will be promptly reshipped.
